“Not just another builder”
In the beginning, our founder, Joe Brigandi had a double role as a custom builder of exhibits / graphic artist for an exhibit firm. Being fortunate to be able to hone his skills in both areas, building some of the most elaborate exhibits and displays for large scale trade shows and eventually becoming the general manager. Building custom cabinetry was part of the operation for just a few of the government entities:
The Library of Congress, the CIA, the Pentagon and the Naval Observatory.
Working with materials such as laminates, plastics, metals, automotive paints, various species of woods or sandblasting artwork into glass were all a part of custom exhibits. These elements don’t always play a part in home improvement but do help with the level of creativity needed in many cases. This laid the groundwork for what was to become a crossover skillset of graphic arts and home improvement renovations.
As these skills are sometimes applied in different phases of the construction process, whether it be a layout of a floor plan for kitchen cabinets, a quick sketch for a masonry walkway with brick pillars or a creating a CAD drawing of a porch railing to assist our clients with visual placement, or an unusual idea from the client, these design skills came into play. Maybe a client will request a custom built in, a special welded steel design, these fabrication ideas would come to reality through the experience of building custom displays.

“Where from here”
When the economy took a downturn in late 2000’s it was time to reconsider the path of where to go from here.

Construction management and home improvement have always been a large part of Joe’s world.
Around 2008 when the economic recession hit, Joe’s wife, Melinda convinced him to make a career shift into the home improvement industry professionally and he took roles as a senior construction project manager for builders.
In 2025 Joe felt the need to break away and start his own business with the main focus being honesty, integrity and high-quality workmanship - that’s when Full Scope Home Remodeling was established.
From a graphic arts world to being in the construction field laying out foundations in the mud, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, punch out and every other phase of construction from the ground up to completion.
We have earned the trust of our clients by caring enough to make a difference and providing high-quality craftsmanship, taking ordinary homes and transforming them into the dream homes our clients always wanted.​
